Flamingo Flare reserves the right to review and change any of the terms and conditions by updating this page at its sole discretion, when the terms are updated it will use reasonable endeavour to provide you with notice of updates to the terms.

Pricing on the website is in Australian dollars (AUD) and does not include GST.

If a client wishes to cancel their event, the client will incur a charge within the following terms: 12 weeks until event 50%, 8 weeks until event 75%, 4 weeks until event 100%. Changes to bookings must be finalised 4 weeks prior to the event and full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the event. Flamingo Flare has the right to cancel your event if terms are not met. Hire Items and chosen date are not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit-booking fee has been paid.
When confirming a booking with Flamingo Flare, you are adhering to a binding agreement and your deposit payment is your form of signature that you adhere to our terms and conditions.

Quotes are valid for 28 days, however, the date will not be held until the booking deposit fee has been paid and if you choose to proceed with your event after this time frame, a reviewed quote will be issued.

If Flamingo Flare’s hire products are damaged in an event (including weather damaged) the client will be responsible for the item/items. If your hire item/items become damaged/missing/theft of these items, the terms and conditions are that you are responsible to cover the cost associated with the repair or replacement, with inspection from Flamingo Flare. In the result that an item is damaged, Flamingo Flare reserves the right to charge you in accordance with the cost to repair versus replace.
