OUR HEAD CHEF

A Country girl at heart, Corryne is a loving parter and mother to her gorgeous children. Her life-long passion for food started in the outback town of Birdsville and and has led her across Australia, tasting all of the culinary delights our country has to offer. Wanting to expand on this, Corryne continued her culinary journey through out Europe and Thailand where she learnt about different cultures and dishes which have inspired her to this day.

We understand that catering is more than just delivering food to the table; the dining experience should be as lively as your guests’ discussions. We want you to feel as though you had your own personal chef, thus each meal is unique. Regardless of size, your preference for gourmet dining or drink and snacking, you can be assured that your guests will taste a little piece of heaven in every dish.
